2. Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
It is strongly recommended to book an appointment to try on wedding gowns. This ensures that you always have a dedicated sales consultant.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, we pride ourselves in extraordinary service and require that there be an available sales consultant to assist you while trying on wedding gowns. Thus, during busy hours, you may be asked to wait until a sales consultant becomes available, or be asked to return at a later time or date.

3. Do I need an appointment to try on bridesmaids/mother/evening/flower girl dresses?
We recommend that you book an appointment for any visit. However, an appointment may not be necessary as you do not need a dedicated sales consultant.

4. Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
From our experience, less is more with this one! We recommend that you bring one family member and one friend whose opinion you value and trust.

5. What are the prices of your dresses?

6. How should I be shopping for my bridesmaid dresses?
Specifically for larger groups of four or more bridesmaids, it may be easier for you to shop with one or two of the bridesmaids and narrow down your search to 1 to 3 dresses. Then, have the rest of the party come together or individually to decide which one they like. We can keep a file to make sure that if your bridesmaids do come separately, we will tell them what their options are.
7. Can I make changes to your gowns?
Yes, we have an exclusive line that can accommodate changes directly from the manufacturer. Other manufacturers that do not allow changes, alterations can be done by our specialized and talented seamstresses. Finally, if you do not find the wedding gown of your dreams, we can also custom design your wedding gown.
8. Do you custom design wedding gowns?
Yes, if you do not find the wedding gown of your dreams, on our racks, we can custom design your very own gown. Our design team will make sure that you not only get the gown of your dreams, but to also ensure that it suits your body. Custom design wedding gowns must be ordered at least one year before your wedding date.
9. Am I allowed to take pictures of the gowns that I try on?
We only allow photos be taken of the dress that you purchase.
PURCHASING10. How far in advanced should I be purchasing my wedding gown?
You should have your gown ordered minimum 6 to 9 months* prior to your wedding date. Keeping in mind that it takes approximately 4 to 6 months for a gown to be made and delivered to the store. Also, you would need to have time for alterations, 1 to 3 months before the wedding is recommended.
*This does not apply to custom designed wedding gowns, it is recommended that you purchase one year prior to your wedding day
11. How far in advanced should I be purchasing my bridesmaids/mother/evening/prom/flower girl dress?
Keeping in mind that it takes 12 to 16 weeks for a dress to be made and delivered to the store. Also, you would need to have time for alterations, 1 to 3 months before the wear date is recommended. Thus, you should have your dress ordered 4 to 6 months prior to your wear date.
12. HELP! My wedding date is very soon! Can I get a dress in and fitted to me on time?
Do not fret, you do have options! Depending on how much time you have, some manufacturers have stock and/or rush shipping available. Also, most of our samples in our stores can be purchased off the rack. We recommend that you book an appointment to see one of our sales consultants who can then discuss in more detail what your options are. Just keep an open mind and most importantly, enjoy your shopping experience!
13. How do I pay for my dress?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. The second payment of 25% of the total order is due at the time of the first fitting. The final payment is due at the time of pick-up. Method of payment accepted is cash, debit, Cheques*, visa, and MasterCard. Currently we do not accept American Express or any other forms of payment not mentioned.

We require a 60% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining 40% is paid during your first fitting. Method of payment accepted is cash, debit , cheques, visa, and mastercard. 14. When should I order my accessories?
Head piece and veils vary depending on the style that you choose. Some styles are in stock while others need to be ordered. Styles that need to be ordered take 2 to 3 months to arrive.
All other accessories, including jewelry, garters, broaches, etc., for the most part, most of our accessories are unique pieces and cannot be reordered or may have limited number of pieces in stock. If you find a piece you love, we recommend that you have your sales consultant put it away for you.
FITTINGS & ALTERATIONS15. Can I drop in anytime to get my dress fitted?
It is mandatory that you book an appointment to get your dress fitted. We have specific dates allotted for fittings and we need to prep your dress prior to your fitting.
16. When should I book the appointment for my first fitting?
Once you have been notified of the arrival of your dress, your fitting should be booked for no earlier than 3 months prior to your wear date and no later than 1 month prior to your wear date. If your wedding date is between June 1 and August 30, it is recommended that you book your first fitting three months prior to your wedding date.
17. Where are your fittings and alterations done?
All alterations are done in house by our talented team of seamstresses who specialize in wedding gown alterations.
18. What do I need to bring to my fitting?
All fittings require that you bring the shoes and undergarment you plan to wear with your dress.
19. Do you alter dresses that were not purchased in your store?
We offer this service during certain times of the year depending on our capabilities. Please contact us and we can discuss your situation specifically and advise accordingly.
20. How much do alterations cost?
It depends on the dress and the work that needs to be done. Your sales consultant can give you a better idea of what you can expect, but exact costs can only be determined during your first fitting.
SHIPPING21. Can you ship a dress to me?
Yes, we can ship your dress. Shipping & handling and service fee apply.
CUSTOMER SERVICE22. I’m not completely content with my Sales Consultant, what do I do?
We pride ourselves in the service we offer to our customers and we believe that your sales consultant is a big part of your experience. Either contact the Manager or Owner who will then make arrangements for your change accordingly.
